Life In A Bubble: Adriene Jenik
Adriene Jenik is a prolific artist whose work spans 3 decades and a wide variety of both media and subject matter. Some of her more recent projects include a piece where Adriene and a group of students lived in the desert for a month while only using 3 gallons of water a day and also a piece in which Adriene digs a hole and places a stone on a small white cloth to represent each confirmed civilian death by drones. She then filmed this project using a drone. We got a chance to talk with Adriene at her studio in downtown Phoenix about what motivates her as an artist and a human being in this episode of Life In A Bubble. Video by Robbie Pfeffer.
