National Meat Cutting Champion Chris McFarland Shows Us How to Cut Meat

Peroria butcher, 21-year-old Chris McFarland, recently won $20,000 at a national meat cutting challenge. In this video, McFarland explains some of the techniques used to butcher meat for competition and the meat cutting process used at Texas Roadhouse. McFarland is the youngest person ever to win the competition and with the highest score ever achieved.
