Gertrude's Four Peaks Craft Beer Dinner Saturday, August 23
Fans of chef Matt Taylor's cuisine will want to head to Gertrude's at the Desert Botanical Garden this Saturday for a craft beer dinner featuring Tempe's Four Peaks Brewing. The chef has created a four course menu for the dinner that includes chilled corn soup with Dungeness crab and ancho chili; fried pork belly with almond butter, prickly pear, and jalapeno-lime coleslaw; and rum baba with tobacco ice cream and pumpkin seed brittle.
