Noah Cullen has been a freelance reporter for the Phoenix New Times since March 2024. He works as a full-time criminal justice reporter for the Casa Grande Dispatch and PinalCentral, which focuses on Pinal County. He is a Tucson native and graduated from the University of Arizona in 2022 with a degree in journalism and creative writing.
