It’s official. The tattoo has been franchised.
The folks behind this marketing of body art to the masses are the ones who run the Hell City Tattoo Fest, which takes place annually in Columbus, Ohio, and right here at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. Though it’s pretty edgy for a convention, Hell City is still a con, a gathering of respected artisans held in the clean, iconic environs of the Biltmore. In addition to the 200-odd skin artists, this year’s fest features music, flesh suspension, the Suicide Girls, seminars, the Heck City Kids Zone, and much more.
