he ultra-contentious issue of illegal immigration has divided our community into warring camps: sign-toting nativists versus pro-Latino supporters. While it’s unlikely the parties will reach common ground anytime soon, both sides might enjoy Pro Wrestling Revolution’s luche libre night at Celebrity Theatre. Por que? Because the main event is a “three-way dance” for the NWA World Heavyweight title involving champion Blue Demon Jr. facing former ECW star Super Crazy and Oliver John, who plays a fictional member of the U.S. Border Patrol (a.k.a. la migra). The sociopolitical subtext will be heavier than Andre the Giant as John attempts to lay down the law in the ring. (Who knows, maybe a certain local sheriff will turn out to cheer him on).

Hijo de Rey Misterio, El Gran Apolo, and rotund Mexican wrestling legend Super Porky are also booked to appear.
