Reader support matters more than ever
We're in the final stretch of our summer campaign. Our goal is to raise $15,000 by August 9 to support the journalism our community relies on. Reader support is helping shape the future of local news.
There’s only so much we can learn about the immigrant experience from poll-positioning politicians (read: not really a damn thing). Instead, it’s best to consume the pages written by Reyna Grande, Alberto Rios, and Terry Greene Sterling, all who plan to take the podium during the “Writers on Border Lines” reading and discussion. The award-winning scribes, who have collectively worked in fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and journalism, will read from and gab about their books during the inspired gathering.
