Local indie pop band Ladylike has a busy week ahead of them. First, on Friday, October 29, the band supports Danish indie musician The Migrant at The Rogue Bar in Scottsdale. The Migrant is the alias for Bjarke Bendtsen, the front man of band The Elephants. Bendtsen is employing a five-piece American band playing violin, trumpet, glockenspiel and kitchenware on this tour. Saddles and Sisterbrother also perform at the show. Ladylike also has a show this Saturday, October 30 with fun. at the Nile Theater in Mesa, right before they embark on a mini-tour with the band, led by Nate Ruess-formerly of The Format. The Rogue Bar show, which starts at 8 p.m., is 21-and-older and costs $8. Check out Ladylike with fun. at the all-ages Nile show, which starts at 6:30 p.m., for $16 in advance or $20 the day of show.
