What is it about the holiday season that makes people want to put on their Sunday best, drink champagne, and pretend that habitually consuming PBRs and burritos in jeans and tees isn’t the norm? Between holiday parties, family get-togethers, and other festive functions, we have to put on our fanciest selves. And let’s be honest, we can’t dream up anything more refined than a traditional tea service with finger food.

Well, here’s your chance to bust out what you learned in charm school, while you wine, tea, and dine like the best. The Ritz-Carlton will host a weekly Yuletide Tea featuring holiday music and décor, with a seasonal menu that includes assorted sandwiches, scones, pastries, and, of course, hot tea.

Tuesdays-Thursdays, 12 & 3 p.m. Starts: Nov. 29. Continues through Dec. 15, 2011
