Jos newest work, Topia, draws on the openness of the blossoming Sonoran desert. The company will debut the horticultural hop Wednesday on an 80-foot outdoor stage that will mimic the panoramic desert around it.
Gates open at 5:30 p.m. at the Desert Botanical Garden, and the performance begins at 7:30. A full dinner and drinks menu will be available at additional charge.
