Christmas is rough on bad dressers. The dirty looks and snide remarks from people who don’t like you are one thing, but the worst insult comes when all of your friends and family buy you new clothes. It’s a subtle reminder that people are embarrassed to be seen with you.
The silver lining for bad dressers? They can always rake in some swag at competitions like the Bad Santa Sweater Contest at Tempe’s World of Beers, 526 South Mill Avenue, on Thursday, December 20. The person wearing the ugliest sweater wins a $250 gift card. If you lose, then you can at least rest assured that you aren’t the worst-dressed person in the joint.
