$10,000

The historic homes of Phoenix hold plenty of architectural secrets inside. So once a year, when homeowners in
the Willo Historic District actually open their doors to visitors, we hit the streets.

At least nine home owners in the historic ‘hood will invite guests to enjoy all the architectural goodness
of their cribs for the The Willo Home Tour and Street Fair. The homes range in style from Tudor to Spanish
Revival and all were built between the 1920s and 1940s. We’ll be gawking at the tiny closets while gushing over
the creaky-but-awesome hardwood floors you can’t find in new builds. Grab a handmade gift or two and check
out some live music at the street fair in Walton Park.
