With the exception of one itsy-bitsy bench-clearing, national headline-grabbing, no-holds-barred brawl between Canada and Mexico during a World Baseball Classic game on Sunday, March 10, spring baseball in the Valley has gone off without a hitch. And with Cactus League play winding down, most skippers oughta be just about done tinkering with their lineups, which means fans might actually get to see some finalized rosters take the field for an inning or two.
In the case of the Los Angeles Angels, the roster will surely include last year’s rookie phenom Mike Trout, as the team faces off against the D-Backs at Scottsdale’s Salt River Fields, 7555 North Pima Road, on Tuesday, March 26. That same evening the Dodgers and the Rockies will square off in a division showdown at Glendale’s Camelback Ranch, 10710 West Camelback Road. Both games begin at 7:05 pm.
