Most tout the importance of hydration through water during the summer months. We prefer wine. Lucky for us, The Capital Grille shares our vino vice with the return of its eight-week-long bender, The Generous Pour.

Highlighting seven varieties of California wine, each rated 90 points on a hundred-point scale, the event encourages diners to enjoy as many glasses of reds and whites as they’d like, with bottles chosen by master sommelier George Miliotes.

Pouring begins Tuesday, July 8, and ends Monday, September 1. Though nationwide, the Valley is home to it’s own outpost at luxury locale Biltmore Fashion Park, giving Phoenicians the opportunity to sip and savor in air-conditioned comfort.

Indulge in the generosity Wednesday, July 9, at 2502 East Camelback Road. Open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with dinner hours from 5 to 10 p.m. Cost is $25 per person with dinner; reservations are encouraged. Visit www.thecapitalgrille.com or call 602-952-8900.
