Cancel your Wednesday morning meeting, because Fat Tuesday will be taking you past your weekday bedtime. The evening begins with a colorful communal bike ride around town hosted by Heavy Pedal and The Phoenix Cruise. Riders will then follow up with a New Orleans-style party featuring cajun food, drink specials, live Zydeco music by The Hurricajuns, and, of course, plenty of beads.
The festivities begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, at ThirdSpace, 1028 Grand Avenue. Cyclists will depart from Thirdspace at 6:30 p.m. and then circle back for the remaining festivities.
