Seems like there’s no end to the gourmet burger trend.
Delux has been getting the lion’s share of the attention for the past few years, but come December, there will be a new kid in the neighborhood.
Headed by chef Matt McLinn (former chef-owner of Methode Bistro) and owned by a partnership that includes James Carlin of Pearl Sushi, Grind Burger Bar is opening at the southwest corner of Camelback and 40th Street, reports the Republic.
Considering that McLinn had been hired as the original chef de cuisine at BLT Steak, I’d say this is one burger joint where you should be able to get a burger cooked however you like it.
