Founded in Milan in 1926, the first BiCE Bistro to hit the States opened in New York in 1987. Now the Italian restaurant has a new Arizona location in its lineup.
BiCE Bistro’s Glendale home debuted last week in the Westgate City Center (6751 N. Sunset Blvd.), with a modern, 80-seat dining room, a 24-seat bar area, a private dining room, and a patio that accomodates 50.
There’s plenty to choose from on the menu, including antipasti, half a dozen salads, Neapolitan-style pizzas, paninis, homemade pastas, and meat and seafood entrees. Veal- and spinach-stuffed ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce, braised shortrib cannelloni, and pan-seared salmon with tomatoes, capers, onions, olives, and oregano are just a few of the options.
BiCE Bistro is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
