Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Wine from the Outback
Tomorrow, October 4th,  join Gilbert’s Australian-themed wine bar, Down Under Wines & Bistro, from 6:30 to 9:15 p.m. for an evening of Aussie wines and eats. Roger Carpenter, proprietor of the bistro, will be hosting the event along with the KUWDojo meetup group. Sample wines from the Australian Torbreck vineyards and snack on various flatbreads, bruschettas, and chicken satay. Tickets for the event are $30 per person. Click here to RSVP.

Herb Pull-Apart Bread
Who says Monkey Bread has to be covered in sugar and cinnamon? This batch of Herb Monkey Bread looks like the perfect side for any dish. We are going to totally cheat, of course, and use Whole Foods pizza dough instead of making our own dough. Click here for the recipe.
