Harvest Feast (Not Fest)
Looking for something different to do this Thanksgiving? How about an “edible gallery” and “modern Native culinary exploration” with chef Freddie J. Bitsoie and The Heard Museum. The Museum’s Annual Harvest Feast merges the traditional American Thanksgiving eats with Native American flavors from four different regions to bring you a Thanksgiving culinary experience unlike any other. Think apple bacon wrapped bison with blue corn and cedar berry and herb crusted roasted turkey with three berry sauce. Sound pretty awesome, right? The feast starts at 11 a.m. and goes till 3 p.m. Prices range from $60-$70 for adults and $30 for kids 12 and under. Price does not include gratuity or museum admission. Reservations required. Call 602-252-8840 to save your spot.
We Love Sprinkles
And we also love gradient cakes. We have been slightly obsessing over this cake since we saw it about a week ago. The lavender layers are beautiful, plus, we’re total suckers for anything covered in sprinkles. Click here to check out the magnificent Purple Ombre Birthday Sprinkle Cake from the equally as magnificent Steph Cupcake of Rasberri Cupcake.
