Described as a “completely new concept” and having “a playful vibe with a seriously delicious menu,” The Gladly will be at 2201 East Camelback Road, in the Biltmore’s Anchor Centre.

Scheduled to be open for lunch, dinner, and happy hour seven days a week, The Gladly will offer dishes such as root beer braised bacon with steel cut oats, gravy, and red shiso ($12) and smoked mozzarella fondue ($10). Cocktails will come courtesy of Moe, naturally.
