Yesterday we talked with Phil Podvorec from Casey Moore’s, who knows his customers by name and is a big fan of Motley Crue. Today Podvorec shares a recipe he crafted for a fellow employee who was looking for something fruity and light for summer: the Summer Splash.

The recipe:
½ ounce SKYY Pineapple vodka
¾ ounce Malibu coconut rum
Soda water
Cranberry juice
How to make it:
Combine the vodka and rum in a shaker. Empty into a glass with ice and fill the glass with equal parts cranberry juice and soda water. Top with a cherry and a parasol, if you’re into that kind of thing.
