$10,000

Doug Czufin and Bruce Lazarus of Sam’s Cafe are now the new owners of another Biltmore restaurant, Steamers Genuine Seafood, and from the sounds of it, they’ve really changed things up.
The lunch and dinner menus have been tweaked, with lower pricing as well as new dishes, the decor’s gotten an update, and they’ve launched a new happy hour that runs from 4 to 7 p.m. — think two-dollar draft beer, sweet chili calamari for $3.95, and crabcake sliders for $5.95. And on Wednesdays, buy two entrees and get half off bottles of wine.
