Seems like the whole world is pigging out. Bacon is a must-have on burgers. Sonoran hot dogs are such a hit that even The Mission is serving them. And snout-to-tail pig dinners are all the rage at places like Noca and Digestif.
Now there’s even a new breakfast restaurant called Bacon, located in the space that used to house Cafe Blue in Scottsdale (4175 N. Goldwater). They couldn’t pick a more of-the-moment name.
While Bacon doesn’t have a website, one of my friends coincidentally just told me about this great website that will superimpose a giant piece of bacon over any website you visit. Just put http://bacolicio.us/ in front of any web address, and revel in bacony goodness.
