The Gilbert community kitchen will offer two single session courses on March 29 and Jun 20 from 6:30 to 8 p.m and will teach cooks what salt is all about- from mineral content and composition to the different flavor profiles and pairings.
As an added bonus, all participants of the class will receive a half pound sample pack of unrefined sea salts from go lb. salt for starting their own cellars at home. Tickets are $45 per person and must be purchased two days prior to the class.
Will you step up to support New Times this year?
At New Times, we’re small and scrappy — and we make the most of every dollar from our supporters. Right now, we’re $17,250 away from reaching our December 31 goal of $30,000. If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
