We’re not going to say we told you so, but we did say Bar Crudo was the best place for specialty cocktails in the Valley. And we’re not the only ones who think so.

Food & Wine recently included the central Phoenix bar from mixologist Micah Olsen and chef Cullen Campbell on their list of the best bars in the country.
Phoenix booze hounds will be happy to know that’s not the only local watering hole on the list. Windsor, the gastropub-ish restaurant from restaurateurs Craig DeMarco and Lauren Bailey, made the cut as well.
Says the list of Bar Crudo:
To pair with the Italian-style raw dishes served at Bar Crudo’s daily happy hour, mixologist-sommelier Micah Olson mixes drinks like the Dazed and Infused: strawberry-spiked Aperol, passion fruit syrup, lime and sparkling wine.
And of Windsor:
This neighborhood restaurant features an elaborate DIY Bloody Mary bar during weekend brunch along with house cocktails. The No. 06, for instance, includes gin, strawberry syrup and apple cider vinegar.
Both bars also made our list of the five best gin cocktails in metro Phoenix.
