If you’re a fan of destruction, you’re not going to want to miss this. Once again, the Biltmore Fashion Park is going through changes. This time they are tearing down the easternmost buildings to make room for new and improved retail and entertainment space. 
To celebrate, Stingray Sushi wants you to come down and watch the destruction. Just think — you could be doing sake bombers while giant machines destroy cement and metal structures. It really doesn’t get any better then that. Stingray will have specials on “construction-related” cocktails and a full happy hour menu. The carnage beings at 9 p.m. each night starting Sunday, July 18, and continues through July 21. Don’t forget your camera!
