This Saturday marks the first annual Brazilian Day in Arizona, a night of dancing, eating, drinking, and celebrating of Brazilian culture on its independence day. The event features live music, including samba, pagode, baile funk, and MPB (i.e. “Brazilian Popular Music”) as well as dancing, capoeira, and other performances. You can also count on live art, goods for sale, plenty of Brazilian eats, and, of course, caipirinhas flowing all night long.
