In the real world, dropkicking your buds off a sky-high platform in the middle of a fistfight would probably get you 25-to-life in the hoosegow. But inside the world of Super Smash Bros., it’s the only way to win, champ. In fact, your skills at rocking the blockbuster Nintendo game series better be top-notch if you wanna prevail during this weekend’s Super SmashFest at Play N Trade Video Games. Local gamers will test their button-mashing mettle, squaring off in two separate SSB tournaments during the two-day event, which kicks off Saturday, March 8, with a Nintendo Wii grand prize at stake. The latest entry in the series, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, will be available for purchase at midnight on Saturday.
