As of this week there’s a new dining option for those looking for New American food in the historic downtown Glendale neighborhood.
Cuff, a new restaurant from chef Tom Harvey, has opened to the public and is currently serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The restaurant plans to be able to open for expanded hours and dinner by Sunday, October 5.

We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
The restaurant comes courtesy of Harvey, formerly chef at Eddie V’s in Scottsdale, and business partner David Chang, a developer. It’s one of three upcoming projects Chang has planned for the downtown Glendale neighborhood, two of which will be dining outlets. The third will be called Off the Cuff, an events venue located adjacent to Cuff the restaurant.
No word yet on when the other two projects will be opening.
Harvey’s vision for Cuff’s food is to offer New American cuisine with a Southwestern twist. And considering that the restaurant will be pouring a selection of craft brews, expect the kind of food you’d want to eat with a cold beer. There’s also a menu of classic cocktails.
You can view both the lunch and drink menus on the next page.
