Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?
Tapping Party Short on Friday evening happy hour plans? Well, it’s not too late to save yourself a seat for tonight’s Centennial Tapping Party at the historic Stockyards restaurant in Phoenix . Join the steakhouse as they break into their first kegs of Sonoran Brewing Company’s Centennial Ale and the smooth ESB style Copper Ale. From 5 to 8 p.m., graze on gourmet appetizers from the Stockyards kitchen (you might even be able to snag one of their addicting baking soda biscuits) and drink a pint or two of the new brews — you’ll even get to keep the centennial pint glass! $20 per person, attendance is limited. Call 602-273-7378 to save your seat.

Summer Salsa Watermelon, cucumber, jalapeno? Yes! Chop them all up, let them mingle with each other for an hour or so and then dig in. This might be our favorite salsa recipe of the summer. Check out the recipe here
