What’s your favorite food? If you’re part of the 12-and-under set, chances are good that you just screamed, “Pizza!”
In that case, you are in luck. Go get your mom and tell her to send you to pizza camp.

Humble Pie has created Peoria Pizza Pow Wow, a kid’s summer camp designed around pizza. Kids can toss dough, make their own mozzarella, and design their own pizza.
More of a class than a camp, the event runs every Tuesday in July from 2 to 3 p.m. and costs $10 per child ages 6 to 12.
Participants get a gift certificate for a free kids meal at Humble Pie. To reserve a spot, call 623-334-2700.
