Holy hellfire, this looks like a sinfully good time.

On Monday, July 18, at Scottsdale’s Posh, chef Josh Hebert, owner, will be teaming up with Kelly Fletcher from House of Tricks and Cullen Campbell of Crudo (who’s in the process of moving his restaurant to another location) for a “7 Deadly Sins” dinner, with seven courses themed to one of humanities seven vices: wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony.

Fellow hedonists can check out the details after the jump.

Want a taste? The “7 Deadly Sins” dinner will feature such wicked fare as chilled avocado soup with gold flakes and creme fraiche, fluke with white pepper veloute and white and green asparagus, short-rib loaded potato skins, and chocolate mousse torte with cherries.

Each course will be paired with wine.

The cost is $125 per person and includes wine pairings. Seating times are available from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Monday, July 18, at Posh. Reservations are required. To make yours, call 480- 663-7674 or go here.
