Three and a half decades after Spencer Block and his Swedish wife, Kerstin, opened their first tiny clothing-consignment store in Tucson (Kerstin liked the Americana-tinged sound of the word “buffalo”), the now-nationwide chain celebrates with giveaways, entertainment, and more.
