Business is looking good for Calistro California Bistro owner and chef Devin Walsh, formerly of Taneko Tavern. Since opening his lunch and dinner restaurant of healthy, farm-to-table Mediterranean fare at DC Ranch Crossing in Scottsdale in 2009, Walsh has announced an opening of a second location at Scottsdale Road and McDonald Drive in the Hilton Village shopping center scheduled for Thursday, February 16.
As a bonus for Calistro fans celebrating Valentine’s Day (Tuesday, February 14) with lunch or dinner reservations at the DC Ranch Crossing location, Walsh will be giving out $20 gift certificates good at the new Hilton Village location.
