After Thursday, June 27, visitors and business types can scratch one less Mexican eatery from downtown Phoenix. Uno Mas Mex1can Grill is shuttering.

Lasting less than a year, the fast-casual Mexican restaurant, located on First Avenue north of Adams Street, was opened in September 2012 by owner Carlos Moreno Garcia.
Open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays only, Uno Mas offered wallet-friendly, familiar Mexican favorites like tacos, burritos, and enchiladas as well as “north of the border” dishes like cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches, and Buffalo wings.
