Epazote tempura frog legs, javelina and antelope chili, wild boar — they’re just a few of the untamed dishes being served up at the Annual Wild Game Dinner at the University Club of Phoenix, the private club located in a 1940′s home near downtown’s Heard Museum. And for this event, they’re letting the non-members in.
At 6 p.m., Friday, November 18, the evening of field and forest begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres followed by a dinner buffet at 7 p.m.
