Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?
Red and White Wine DinnerTuesday, July 19th, Jimmy’s of Chicago on the northwest corner of Gilbert Rd and Pecos in Gilbert will be hosting a little wine dinner. Jimmy’s is known for their home-style Italian classics and for $35 per person you can enjoy a four-course meal, wine included! Start with clams Oreganato, then savor a escarole & bean soup before you tear into a plate of chicken Marsala. A colorful fruit tart will be served with a special dessert wine for dessert. Reservations are appreciated, call 480-963-6363 to save your table.

Tropic PopsWe’ve decided to say eff it and only eat popsicles for the rest of the summer. This weekend we’re whipping up a batch of these crazy delicious tropical fruit punch pops. Tons of fresh coconut, raspberries and clementines blended together and then frozen in cool, refreshing harmony. So healthy we might even eat them for breakfast!
