One new idea for every day in 2011. We’re talking big, small, local, international, in action and on the drawing board. Here’s today’s — what’s yours?

Kade Dworkin‘s bridging the 140-character gap between himself and his followers, who know him better as @kadedworkin.

The Scottsdale-based entrepreneur was looking for connections and an excuse to get back into podcast production when he decided to have conversations with locals he had met through Twitter.

The result is “Meet My Followers,” a daily podcast in where Dworkin interviews one of his followers — “no CEOs or PR people” Dworkin says, but rather members of the communities in which he’s involved.

To listen to his interviews — including musician Krystopher James VanSlyke (@krysvs), author and speaker Pam Slim (@pamslim) and cupcake fanatic Kelly Garcia (@butterandme), to name a few — check out his website or subscribe to his iTunes feed.
