After a terrible interview to advance the show, I wasn’t expecting Bloc Party singer Kele Okereke to have much verve on stage. Boy, was I wrong. The front man carried his British indie band through an exciting set at a packed Marquee – on a Sunday night, nonetheless – even climbing off stage to get himself a drink at one point. I was more than just impressed, I was surprised. –Martin Cizmar
