The above is proof that you can still look good while biking during the day. Given: This Bicycle Fashion Show was in Santa Barbara, where no one would have to bike to work at 114 degrees. But now that it’s winter and layers are semi-necessary, we should all have plenty of reasons to figure out how to wear a pencil skirt and push pedals at the same time.
