Courtney Marie Andrews just graduated from high school last week, but the Raven-haired teen already has a second album being mixed by esteemed local producer River Jones. The folkie singer-songwriter also has a big tour coming up, including a show at Modified Arts‘ Summer Folk Festival on June 18.
You know who else has a show coming up? “America’s Best Songwriter,” according to Time, Lucinda Williams, who comes to Mesa Arts Center Saturday.
We were tickled to have Andrews take on “Right in Time,” from Williams classic Car Wheels on a Gravel Road for this week’s Sun Sessions.
