Many readers have probably picked up on he fact that the closing of The Ruby Room, and the changes at Modified, leave a huge hole in the downtown music scene. Where are the shows that used to go to those two places headed? Right now a lot of them seem to be at Trunk Space, which has a full slate for December, including this Tall Tales show on Saturday.Though the flier unfortunately has the wrong MySpace (check out the band here or some chick from Florida here) it’s pretty cool (uncanny likeness of the singer) and the band has a nice sound that reminds me a little of Bonnie Prince Billie.
