Mainstream and indie film actor Michael Cera knew what was up back in January. He hopped on the supergroup bandwagon and joined a band called Mister Heavenly, which is made up of Honus Honus of Man Man, Nicholas Thorburn of Islands and The Unicorns, and Joe Plummer of Modest Mouse and The Shins.
Although Cera was only a temporary member and played with the group just for their first few shows, Mister Heavenly, who will be performing without Cera at the Rhythm Room on September 1, is still awesome.
