We’re guessing there’s a specific breed of people who would enjoy rare, quality disco with a cosmic, space-aged feel to it. And, if you happen to have this strange bloodline, NOVA at the Yucca Tap Room is the night for you.
We visited the every-other-Sunday night event this past weekend. Now, we’re not going to lie. The theme is a little out there. Which is probably why the Yucca Tap Room wasn’t super packed this last Sunday. But we said, “Eff it!” and still managed some stellar photos of the night (check our slideshow).
We dug the relaxed vibe as DJ Mig50 spun his unique sounds. And we think we heard an obscure disco version of a Blondie song…always a winner in our books.
