Looking for something to do this week? “Night Owl” is a quick guide to special nights at bars and clubs around town. We’ll give you a few hints re: cover, dress code, music and atmosphere. Tuesday – Friday marks The Half Off Happy Hour at The Napoleon Cigar Club.
The Napoleon feels a bit like a time machine. The bar’s lined with ash trays (used by guests and employees) and the waitstaff looks like a group snatched out of a speakeasy. The Scottsdale bar/lounge projects films from the 40 and 50s onto an adjacent building, for added atmosphere, every night.
Half Off Happy Hour goes down every Tuesday through Friday and features a full bar’s worth of half-price drinks for all in attendance.

What we didn’t love: The bar is pretty tucked away and tough to find as it is on the third floor. If it weren’t for the building-sized movie being projected from the patio, we would have definitely missed out on this secret spot.
Are we going back? Yep, as soon as we upgrade our corncob pipe.
