If you’re like us (and the 99.99 percent of the rest of the world), you’ve probably all but given up on the idea of living in a two story modular masterpiece built by Tatiana Bilbao or a light-infused, private sky structure by Florian Busch.

But thanks to a new online architecture resource on opensource.com, your dream home doesn’t have to be a dream at all.

Since it’s creation in 2012 by New York-based Founder and CEO Joana Pacheco, Paperhouses has acquired coveted home blueprints of 12 world-renowned architects including Carl Turner Architects, Christ Christ associated architects, Christian Pottgiesser architecturespossibles, Dekleva Gregoric Arhitekti, Dekleva Gregoric Arhitekti, Dellekamp Arquitectos, EMBT – Enric Miralles – Benedetta Tagliabue , Florian Busch Architects, Jun Igarashi, Panorama Arquitectos, SPBR Angelo Bucci, Spora Architects, and Tatiana Bilbao S.C. — with future plans to release new designs each month.

Stemming from the philosophy that “free information is only beneficial if it can be implemented,” Paperhouses also provides users with a directory of local contractors as well as a network of building partners who can help tailor a chosen design to meet the specific needs of the user (i.e. materials, location, etc.).

While Paperhouse’s free registration is currently open, the full-scale blueprints will not be available until the begining of 2014.
