Cristina Guitian was recently commissioned to draw a 38-meter mural for the AMC Hospital in Amsterdam.
The London-based artist writes that the result, Memories of the Structure of the Universe, is her hand drawn representation of the human body throughout the hospital, which “serves as a reminder that there always will be a different way to see life – a surreal, lighthearted and above all personal approach to the marvel of being human.”
