Back in April, Jackalope Ranch reported on [merz] project’s nominations by Dwell.

Well, the results have been counted and the Stumpf House won Dwell‘s “Houses We Love: People’s Choice” online poll.

The Stumpf Home, a 1,950-square foot, mid-century-modern abode, was remodeled inside and out by [merz] project, Verge Design Build, and CSCP Consult. The live/work circa 1958 home in north Phoenix, which received 27,000 votes, was up against 20 other dwellings.

Dwell selected the Nimmrichter CDA as its top dog in the staff’s “Houses We Love” competition.
