Timbaland made an interesting choice in choosing his fourth single off Timbaland Presents Shock Value II. The hip-hop producer, whose most recent singles featured frequent collaborators Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake, opted to go with his duet with pop princess Katy Perry, “If We Ever Meet Again.”
The video premiered Monday, and the song’s going to be a single in the UK. That totally makes sense, considering Perry’s name has been on the mouths of Brits everywhere due to her romance and engagement to Russell Brand. Hopefully, it will also make its way onto American radio, as well, and show everyone Perry is still hard at work making music, not just love to crazy comedians.
Perry looks stunning, as always, and Tim looks, well, short. I’m not crazy about the robbery concept at all, but at least viewers get to see Perry dance like a fool. A sexy fool, that is.
