In 2009, friends and artists Matt Brown and Jay B Fail opened the doors of PUSH Gallery at 1145 East Roosevelt with a vision of “pushing” the local arts movement forward with exhibitions and events.

For three years, the duo brought in local artists in a variety of media for themed shows including collaboration exhibitions and robot takeovers.

Four months ago, the two decided it was time for change.

They closed the gallery, only to complete some major renovation – more space has been added to the gallery and they put in an outdoor stage for live entertainment.

This year, make your gift count –
